Capricorn TVET College hosted the commissioning and hand over of its State of the Art automated greenhouse at the Senwabarwana campus on the 18th November 2024. This hand over was done by the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), Enzar Construction and Vegtech officials.
The College Principal Mr Lekau Mamabolo, expressed his gratitude to the IDC and contractors. “This partnership will empower our students with advanced agricultural skills and knowledge, fostering future experts and entrepreneurs”.
Mr Solomon Kgonyane the IDC representative, praised the college management and also mentioned how much they look forward to future collaborations with the college. We are excited to support the initiative of the College in enhancing student’s skills and community development”.
The Automated Greenhouse will enhance practical training for Primary Agriculture students, launching officially in 2025.
